wings_fanatic 677 Report post Posted February 6, 2008 Ahh... it is worrying about streaks that should not be done. 10 wins in a row would be nice... but the Wings main focus is their next game, and so on. Now, the wings didn't play good at all tonight, so hopefully they fix up their little issues and get back into their game Thursday against the Kings and then against the Leafs. Another thing, do not underestimate the bad teams... they seem to play extra hard against the wings, to try to prove something. The wings must treat them as a legitimate threat, just as if it was the Ducks, Habs, or another GOOD team... because they want to play their strong game.... so lets hope... but as we hope lets jsut go by game and see how we do... I think we need a good blowout against one of these teams for morale. Then, once our confidence is up, we can show what we're capable of. Just about all our games have been much closer than usual, and third periods have been more drastic than what we're used to. However, they have not been playing very well since the break, and have a few big games coming up. One for pride, and one as a measuring stick for the playoffs. Let's hope they step it up.
