To see him not only sticking up for guys, but taking exception to stuff and instigating, and not hesitating to throw right hands against a guy like Gary Roberts! Linesman or no linesman, mad props to Pavel Datsyuk. I love that guy. Well said. He is worth every penny we spent on him and more. And am I ever glad he will be here for another, what, 6 years?? The Wings have to NOT let this go to their heads and come out storming in game 3. They should know better after what happened in Nashville, let's hope they don't make the same mistake again. I'd like to see something more substantial in terms of a response from the Wings after guys were taking shots at Franzen's head. It doesn't have to be a fight, but something besides everyone skating away. Still, hard to argue with the Wings' play in this game. Osgood is playing unbelievable, as is the Wings' team defense. Penguins only lost one game on the way to the finals, and now havent scored a goal in two......... Boring? Sure, after we shut them down completely. Yeah, any born outside of Canada and the US are not human beings. What an amazing, exciting game. As usual though, Game 3 is a TOTALLY different series. What I do wonder though...are they going to keep pulling that cheap s***? Or do you think the league is going to warn them? I wouldn't think so, seeing how Anaheim won last year.
