The Wings don't strike me as an orgnaisation that would release someone after they've signed them long term (ie Flip). If the cap goes down significantly, I see us keeping Hank and Huds, and losing Hossa and Franzen. Sammy is 50/50, depends on price and whether Leino is considered ready. And if Lids doesn't hang them up, same with Cheli. Whether the cap hit to Zata is going to be greater than 7...or even 8. It's going to be an interesting offseason to say the least.
