The Ducks are actually good at gooning it up. They know how and when to do it for maximum effect, and how to get away with it. The Blackhawks didn't even do a good job at that.

The Ducks are actually good at gooning it up. They know how and when to do it for maximum effect, and how to get away with it. The Blackhawks didn't even do a good job at that.

It helped that the refs had the stones to put them in the box for their transgressions. I was genuinely shocked that they were gutsy enough to hand out a two man advantage to the winning team, then call another penalty right after those PPs had expired, despite it obviously being the right calls.

For all the railing referees get here and everywhere, they certainly put their foot down on childish crybaby sore losers today.

That was another thing McGuire mentioned which I appreciated. Then he mentioned what Deetroit has spent on their goalies....something like $2 mill? It's gotta be more than that though, methinks.

First goal was a shorty - great give and go with Flip and Hossa - Hossa scored. I can't keep them all straight, but we have a goal by Flip, another by Hossa and a great back hand flip by Z. In a nutshell the Hawks have been playing like little ******* bent on some kind of revenge and in the process have let us destroy them. Oh, Stuart nailed Havlat with a great check and he left the game for a while from it. Kronvall almost nailed Kane in a classic kronvalian hit.

Oh yeah and many of us here said after this goal, "EAT s***, REFS!"

I believe those were our exact words, actually and collectively.

I always DVR the games, and transfer them to disk. But I don't have the techno chops to put them up on YouTube. My other half does, but I'm not going to bother him with this right now, since he's not feeling too good and is sleeping. I'm sure someone has more techno knowledge than me and can do it.
