Best Advice: Eat Meat and Potatoes, let it set 90 minutes before lifting/training, then go at it. The muscle mass will be real, and none of those chemicals and s***.

No offense, but if thats you in your picture, I was bigger, stronger and leaner than you were pre juicing.

Nah. He'll keep ****-itz out there to rough up our guys. He'll hold Malkin back so that he doesn't get roughed up in turn. I'm surprised Cindy is getting any ice time, either. I would expect Blysma to just roll goons from here on out.

Sure he is rested and all but he is by far the best player on the ice! He is simply amazing with the puck and everything in between!

He really is. Just his ability to hang onto the puck and his passing. I don't think his skating looks 100%, but he's such a smart player and so good with the stick that you don't really notice it.

Dudes, my mouse hand isn't developing like I was hoping. I have done 25 reps of click squats and dead pointer lifts, but I'm still only able to scroll at 80 pixels a second. Got any advice?
