If Colorado was still a good team it would be amazing to have a winter classic in Detroit with those two teams.

The only thing about the Pitts sweater is that it will be on the ice this January. What happened to parity in the league? Giving bottom feeders more of a chance to shine? Money/Pitts/Ratings love.

I really like the Capitals jersey.

Pens jersey is fugly. That overweight penguin is just wrong, and waaay too many stripes. Should have stuck to just one big blue stripe imho.

The caps jersey is nice, kind of wish they went with the tie downs at the neck. It gives the jersey a "vintagy" look.

Yeah, I'd have to agree on it being unfair to the other teams having the Pens in the Winter Classic again. Although it will be a nice match up, I'd much rather see a Leafs v Habs Winter Classic or at least a game with one Original Six team in it

Also, yeah, those jerseys aren't anything too special.

There will never be a canadian team in the winter classic. I believe there is a outdoor game in feb featuring two canadian teams.

This is going to be a fun game to watch. Also the HBO documentary thing that is going to go along with the game is going to be sweet.

I think it's lame how Pittsburgh designed new uniforms. It's even more gimmicky than having two Winter Classics this year.

Honestly, I know it's a business decision, but as a fan I would hope the Wings would stick with their '08 Winter Classic jerseys if they are ever allowed into the Pittsburgh Classic.

Yeah, I'm probably being a bit biased, but I think the wings winter classic jersey is the best looking throwback jersey in the league right now. Its simple, the logo is classic, and more importantly it uses THE TEAM COLORS! I don't understand why the pens and other teams go through these phases using an alternate color palette.

Personally, I wouldn't mind it one bit if the wings adopted the WC jersey as an official 3rd jersey. I'd love to see it back on the ice.

Not too shabby for either team. And still bleck for Pittsburgh being involved in 2 before other teams get even 1 chances at it. Not fair to the other teams (yes I get TV/ratings etc., it's still not fair to the other teams).

The Washington jersey is a true classic. The Pittsburgh jersey is not enough throwback and a little too much throw up.

Pittsburgh jersey...an ugly jersey for an ugly team. But of course, every 13 year old girl in Pittsburgh is going to beg and plead mommy and daddy to get one.

I still think the best WC jerseys thus far have been Detroit and Chicago.
