Every time the Sharks make the playoffs, it's "Is THIS the year?" and then they fizzle out.

I think the Kings win this series and then the implosions/explosions begin in SJ.

I hope S.J. wins. I have nothing against them and L.A. won a cup recently.

Sorry, as a former SJS season ticket holder, I am SO over their fans and the Sharks in general.

GO KINGS

Can't wait to read the "Phoenix: I still think it's a hockey market" chapter of Gary Bettman's autobiography. I'm guessing it's going to be chapter 11.

This is going one heck of a physical series but the Kings are a very tough team to beat. Could easily the best first round series this year.

This is going to be a good series. But I really like LA in this one. LA in 6!

Yea I think this has potential to be the best first round series of them all. Still don't like the Sharks, still slightly bitter about losing to them two straight years and nothing against LA (except for the location of the team).

Will be entertaining to watch for sure.

Kings will prevail, probably in 6. And everyone here will be very happy on that day when the Sharks go to the golf course.

I want the Kings to win but one year the Sharks will make a good playoff run and I think this could be it. SJ in 6.

Before all their injuries, I thought the Blues would take the west, but I always pull for the Kings in the west with Haroldsnepsts.  Hoping they hand the Sharks their asses en route to the SCF.

Not a fan of Quick or Brown and I love me some Sharks so I'll be rooting for them to win the West, even though they have a habit of choking.

I haven't seen as much of the Kings as usual this season, but come playoff time it's a matter of if Quick will elevate his game (which he likely will) and if they'll be able to score goals (which who knows).  It's crazy how a team with as much offensive talent as the Kings can go through such scoring droughts.

Even it weren't against LA though I'd be rooting against the sharks.  Something about putting a marine animal on the front of a jersey seems to lead to more diving.

Go Kings!
