MrazekFanBoy 223 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 I've been thinking about this for a few days now and I don't think there's a clear number one, I'm going with Phil Kessel, honestly it's really close between him Parise and Pavelski
joesuffP 1,746 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Parise or even Kane perhaps

MrazekFanBoy 223 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Parise or even Kane perhaps Put Kane on the Leafs, do you think he could still put up the same numbers? And even at the Olympics Kessel outshined him as well
wingsfan4795 552 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 I'd say Kane and I don't think it's very close. After him it's probably parise
WingsallTheway 383 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 depends how you look at it. Usually people are going to say either: Kane, Parise, Kessel It all depends on people's opinion. Kane is the most electric and best dangler. Parise is the best all around player. Kessel is the best goal scorer. In my opinion, its Parise because I favor complete players

Parise is also by far the most likeable of the three in terms of grit, leadership and character as well.
frankgrimes 1,836 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Complete player: Zach Parise Winger: Patrick Kane Honorable mention: Phil Kessel
kipwinger 8,755 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Pacioretty is pretty awesome, and underrated.

MrazekFanBoy 223 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Complete player: Zach Parise Winger: Patrick Kane Honorable mention: Phil Kessel I'm not convinced Kane is the better winger, Kessel would have just as much success if he was on the Hawks
Richdg 267 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Are you talking just RW or LW? Or all 3 positions? If C's are included backes and Kesler are clearly in the top couple of names. Yes Kessel scores goals, but that is all he does. No D, no physical play, doesn't do faceoffs etc.... Kreider is an up and coming name. if I had to take one..... I would go with one of the C's. Kesler or Backes. of course age, money, injuries, etc are not being factored in.
MrazekFanBoy 223 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Pavelski is better than Backes and Kesler

There was a time I would put kesler up there, it's just not currently true.
MrazekFanBoy 223 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Pacioretty is pretty awesome, and underrated. Have to give him some praise putting up 30 goals in that MT system.. Must be a nightmare
WingsallTheway 383 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) what about Pavelski? He put up 70 points this year, I was really shocked to see that True enough but I'd still take the other 3 over him. I must say though i loathe the game Kessel plays. I know the topic is best american forward, but best player for me is Suter. Top 2 D in the NHL IMO To think that two of these players we are discussing nearly signed here...... still bugs me all the time haha Edited August 11, 2015 by WingsallTheway 1 frankgrimes reacted to this
DatsyukianDekes 2,428 Report post Posted August 12, 2015 Patrick Kane. Scores huge goals, unlike overrated Toews.

amato 3,210 Report post Posted August 12, 2015 Parise gets my vote probably. Kane is up there for his offensive skill of course and Pacioretty too, he's one of the more underrated players in the league.
