Chiarot - butt picking on the golf course

McBroby - SCF crushing

Chiarot comes from a football background, just like Copp.

Rumor has it Dan Campbell has agreed to come speak to the Wings and talk shop with Lalonde, but only if Copp shows Goof how to throw and Chia teaches Hutch how to tackle.

Chiarot's butt picking needs to be addressed

Lets make a trade with the Lions, Chiarot for Sewell.

The SCAM just picking his butt.  Lame.  3 assistant GM's.  LAME.  I'd have one.  Me and Sven.  Sven, what do you think of ASP coming over THIS year?  Well, I...  SHUT UP, SVEN.  He's here already.  Go paint a house red and tell me who we should draft next year.  You got 2 months for the painting, and 9 months for the draft report.

The SCAM needs to do something soon.  Claude Lemieux is taking his revenge out on Stevie Y!  11 mil per x 8 years or we walk.

No, you're just not grasping the Yzerman method/system

Y - Yap about a plan

Lead everyone to believe there is a grand master plan behind everything in order to lul everyone into trusting you.

Z - Zamboni drivers get sacked

Old blue collar polish guys will see right through your BS. Make up lies about them pissing in drains to get them canned quickly.

E - Extinguish immediate hope

Constantly remind everyone that your so called plan takes a long time, in order to dash expectations every season.

R - Reward players who can't score

Big contracts to these types will make it seem like you see something others can't. Furthering the illusion of your genius.

M - Move talented players to the minors

By keeping Berggrens and Eddogs in the minors, despite their obvious talent, you show them that YOU are in control, and no amount of talent will get them to the big league unless they play by your rules.

A - Acquire steals then give them away for nothing

Did you stumble into a trade steal like Fabbri or Walman? Trade them away for nothing or attach assets to get rid of them. If no one else saw their talent, they're probably not actually good.

N - Neglect RFAs completely

They have to sign with your team, so there is no rush to sign. Assert your dominance over them and make them doubt their own value by pretending to forget they exist.

We are on the N phase right now, so the plan is nearly complete.

Well, of the teams that can afford $11M to $12M x 8 I would gladly take the four 1st round picks as compensation! I am not sure there is any team out there though that would trade four 1sts for Seider. I'd gladly take THREE 1sts from a lottery team. I couldn't say yes fast enough for FOUR!

The Chadriot:

1. Head parallel to easily look everyone directly in the eyes

2. Confident upright posture to intimidate predators

3. Thick bulked torso in order to be unmovable by others

4. Outstretched arms that constantly flail in wild unpredictable ways

5. Open palms ready to grab any fertile poosy that may venture too close

The Zagina:

1. Looking downward, too shy for direct eye contact

2. Slouched posture from lack of self confidence

3. Small girlish frame that's easily pushed around

4. Arms down at his side in order to not impolitely invade someone elses space

5. Unsure what to do with his hands, and unable to find a comfortable position for them

Well, thats it.  No other GM will trade with the Blues GM now for 25 years.  He's blackballed.  Cuz Axl says that how thing work.

My guess is this is being orchestrated by Bettman and the teams.  7 mil for those 2 guys is pretty much fair market.  If I was the agent of either of those 2, Id be seeking a lot more annually and a lot more term.  Slafkovsky got 9 mil x 8 years.  Why would Holloway take 2x2 and Broberg take 4.5x2?  Seider isnt going to take 4.5x2.  He's a bum that hasnt played 1 playoff game while Broberg has excelled in the SCF.  If Broberg isnt offersheeted max to 1st and 3rd rnder (6.75mil x 5 years), then something fishy is going on.  The 5 year deal gives him a generational wealth contract now, and it gives him the potential for a big 7 or 8 year deal at age 28.  This isnt rocket science.  Every GM with a 25 1st and a 25 3rd should be giving Broberg a max offersheet.

Because scam left Ray and Mo unsigned? Or because someone else is getting Broberg? Scott screams, for he does not know

Because he predicted this would happen, hoping SY was the one doing the offersheeting.    I think the blowback from SY doing it would have been severe with someone down the road offersheeting Nate/Kasper/Eddog.

Edmonton's window is open NOW. Losing Broberg and Holloway, two young guns ready to break out, to start the season really hurts them.

But if they match those two year deals they will not be able to trade Holloway or Broberg for 1 full calendar year, severely crippling their ability to re-sign McDraisatl.

Savage move by Armstrong and Steen. But I'm content to be in Yzermans position... watching, waiting, lurking. I do think there would be some allure to McDrais to join his countryman in Detroit for a cup run.
