I think our odds of seeing him here is slim to none. Needless to say, Flyers are not out of the playoffs yet, they are only 4 points back with a game in hand. Repeat after me: first time he was here he had back issues and didn't play that bad but didn't stand out really either. This time around he's been playing strong defensively and was snake bitten the first half of the season. Now those posts are going in for him. Not like the guy took a frickin no money contract to come play for you favorite team and has been carrying said team for the past month while everyones been out. Keep on hating, Todd will keep on scoring goals. Plus, you'll be happy just like everyone else is if someone goes after Lidstrom and Bertuzzi sticks up for him. dobbles 252 Report post Posted January 9, 2010 i think it will be interesting to see what lines he plays on as people come back from injuries. i am not a big fan of the zetterberg-datsyuk-bertuzzi combo. however since bert had been gelling with datsyuk recently, that would require kicking zetterberg off the line. not really sure how i feel about that with the current roster. if bert could play well with filppula on the 2nd line that would be the best scenario IMO.
