Cool i'll take it. I feel mildly better about our D now going into this potential season.

He's a plus player, good age, and if he can stay healthy, he's good for a solid 30 points. Given what was out there, this was our best bet.

Better than Kindl at least.

Good news everyone!
Think for yourself. Question authority. Throughout human history as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are or where we are going in this ocean of chance, it has been the authorities, the political, the religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations, informing, forming in our minds their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open mindedness, chaotic, confused vulnerability to inform yourself.

Love this signing. And Tootoo's. Holland has answered the grit/tough guy calls, possibly a sniper call, NEEDS that #1/#2 defenseman though.

decent. and still have roughly 9 mil left

our D might be a little tougher, but we need guys to step up offensively. like kronwall wouldnt hurt to have another 50pt season

This signing annoys me for no other reason than that he is the third player on this roster to have worn the cursed Maple Leafs sweater in recent years.

Colaiacovo will work. He'll chew up valuable ice-time for us.
It's amazing how much clarity comes when you care more about the Red Wings than any individual player.

"They are the best team in the world. They are a team that can just take over when they want to," Chicago's Patrick Kane said (of the Detroit Red Wings).

Not bad but he's no "tough guy".

At this point I'll take it. Carlo should fair well with a shorter season this year, hopefully he can hang on for most of it. He certainly helps boost the back end, it really doesn't look so bad now, Im excited actually!
