puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 Think Milbury and Olczyk could possibly sound more dejected by the Wings win? Possibly, and that would make me so very happy. 1 MidMichSteve reacted to this

Jersey Wing 1,521 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 SO HAPPY for the win. Great effort. Wore my Wings sweater on my last dog walk tonight and went down to the riverwalk to show it off. The fog was amazing and I thought this pic would fit with the New York theme tonight: 3 MabusIncarnate, MidMichSteve and jimmyemeryhunter reacted to this

Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 I don't think he called it unfairly. I mean Ken and Mickey mention an "almost" too many men on the ice nearly every game. When Olczyk does it, he's making up calls! He hates the Wings!!! It's just gotten so out of hand. The league, Bettman, ESPN, the officials, don't hate the Wings. Really. Ok, that's fair and I agree with you. Except Edzo is a noted idiot, he was coach of the Penguins before, is the color guy for the Hawks all season long, and is a noted Wing hater. For the record I hate when Ken and Mick complain about calls, not referees, broadcasters. Call the game the way you see, not the way you want. That's also my biggest beef with Edzo. 2 TheXym and Y19 reacted to this
nyqvististhefuture 1,002 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 Cole maybe. Z I doubt it. Hes 38 and the Wings have atleast 2-3 youngsters ready for a roster spot. I was actually thinking the other way around Since zidlicky is 38 he would probably accept a one year deal where as Erik cole might try and push his luck in free agency and try and get a 3yr term and with his age and back problem history I'd personally be more comfortable with 1 yr deals with him as well but I don't see it happening
Jersey Wing 1,521 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 (edited) I think Milbury needs some Midol. His cramping is obvious. And didn't Pierre wet himself over what good officiating it was to go over to Nash and tell them Zidlicky didn't really deserve a penalty because the Ranger player dove. GMRwings1983 8,803 Report post Posted March 5, 2015 (edited) Would those Rangers fans be upset if someone told them that Messier was an overrated d***head and that Leetch couldn't play defense for crap. Also, Adam Graves should have never gotten his jersey retired. Edited March 5, 2015 by GMRwings1983 2 Detroit \# 1 Fan and GoWings! reacted to this

For the record I hate when Ken and Mick complain about calls, not referees, broadcasters. Call the game the way you see, not the way you want. That's also my biggest beef with Edzo. Of course there are lots of fans who are used to hearing their homer announcers and will perceive a neutrally called game as slighting their team. BUT, that being said, the criticism of Edzo is spot on in my humble opinion. 2 TheXym and Detroit \# 1 Fan reacted to this

You remember the cheese combo? Ya that's what I'm talking about. Lack skill so they cheese." First time I've ever seen someone say the wings lacked skill. They are idiots. After the trade deadline everyone started creaming over them saying they were the best team ever to skate on the ice because of the overrated yandle and that they were going to win the cup this season. When a team like the wings that wasn't even suppose to make the playoffs beats them its because of home cooking and cheating. I wish I could punch every rag fan right in the nose that says that. 5 Z Winged Dangler, sjr2012, jimmyemeryhunter and 2 others reacted to this

Remember that this was basically the first time these lines have played together other than the 4th line. It wasn't pretty but I didn't expect it to be. The thing to worry about was that the 4th line was utterly dominated every shift save for a couple. 1 Jersey Wing reacted to this
