You can see he just has no intention of changing his game even though he would have success. Use your youth Ken Holland at his finest. Gives out stupid contracts to players like Ericsson and Quincey, which forces them to continue playing over someone like Ouellet. chaps80 1,591 Report post Posted January 2, 2016 Half the guys on this team shouldn't be in the NHL right now. I can only count 10-12 i'd keep. Ditch the rest. It might have something to do with Blash, but pretty much all the guys on the team have played lots of NHL games. They should know what to do instead of just collapsing.
