The problem is that St. Louis will retain 50> so you get Buch for less than 3M. Lots of cap-strapped teams can make that work. BUT for retention Armstrong wants a 1st a player/prospect equivalent of a 1st and another really good NHL ready prospect Not sure which contending teams have all three sf these assets.
