He lost his job multiple times to guys like Bernier and Mrazek.. I will admit he was stellar and Holland is to blame for most of his struggles. They rode the guy to death during the shortened lockout year.. I'll never forgive him for his 3-1 collapse against s***cago. If he truly was a champ in net for us he would've at least got us to the conference finals that season. We were better than them and should've won the cup that year. -

If he wasn't such a glutton he would've been a HOF his eating and poor conditioning was his downfall. He was definitely better than anything we've had in net since but he would always let a weak goal in the third. I like to think it's because his stomach wouldn't stop growling. Imagine him in LCA.... He'd scarf down a hot n ready after every intermission. It looks like he's wearing his son's suit every time he's on the broadcast. -
