Downey didn't "put up" with Tootoo either but if that opportunity arises for Tootoo to behead someone, he's going to do it regardless who we have dressed. At this point in his career I'm not even certain I like DMac's chances against Tootoo in a scrap... I think it would be closer than some expect. I liked the idea that Drake might be able to gun him down and give him a taste of his own medicine open ice, but judging from game 1 that's gonna be pretty hard... Tootoo doesn't care, he didn't care when he jumped Robidas in that Dallas game, and he probably will never care anytime soon. I'm all for McCarty still standing up to him and all that stuff obviously as it still does have an effect. At least Tootoo is showing that he has some capability of putting the puck in the net and not acting just like a cheap-shot punk like he does sometimes. I think we could see anything from that to Tootoo turtling and deciding not to fight back at all... probably for the powerplay, or even just for the hell of it cause thats what pests do. It would be totally up in the air i think. I'd like to see the Wings build up a big ol' lead today to really jumpstart some hatred between the two teams.
