Terrible game. What happened to our PP? Rafalski wasn't at 100% yet he was still our best player tonight, along with Osgood. Our big guns need to step it up. Datsyuk needs to get scoring pronto. It's not that he's playing poorly but for a guy that we count on to score, he needs to step it up.

You could tell in the third that this just wasn't going to be our night. Refs were bad in this one too, for both sides. I am really disappointed that we lost tonight but still optimistic that we'll come out hard in game 7 at the Joe. It's been too long since the last one.

Well, the Ducks flat out deserved to win this game. They took away everything the Wings wanted to do offensively. They had more jump and shut down passing lanes and offensive plays before they could even take form. Pronger had a fantastic game.

The Datsyuk line has to score. The Ducks did a great job on the Franzen-Fil-Hossa line and if they're going to do that, the Wings can only make them pay if the Datsyuk line scores.

well, we know one thing, thanks to the clucks coach, players and most of their fans, we know that the reason the Wings lost tonight had nothing to do with the clucks playing better, but had everything to do with the Wings playing like crap. So, thanks clucks fans and staff for that.

Once again, using cluck logic and reasoning, the clucks still sucked tonight, Wings just sucked more.

Great ending to a great game. The Ducks finally woke up. Now we have a great game 7 coming up. Good luck to both teams.

On a side note, Pavel fights like a *****. Same with Rafalski (although he is still injured). Why do the Wings seem intent on trying to scrap with the Ducks? You brought up your enforcer...did he play? That was a waste. Hopefully the Wings keep him for game 7 and the Ducks let Parros play. That would be nice to watch Parros and McCarty do a little dance at center ice...but McCarty fights like a ***** as well.

The fact that it's even going seven games against a team with only 1 line and a team that looked finished after the last game, shows you how pathetic the Wings have been in this series.

This team has been weird all season by not coming out for certain games, and it caught up with them tonight.

I just hope we score first and second in game 7, or else the JLA will be quieter than a funeral home if the Ducks take the lead.

Sucked as in we got raped in bad calls again? If so, you are correct. Refs were pushing for a game 7, and they got it.

This has nothing to do with the refs.

We would have got 20 powerplays and the only goals scored during that time would have been short handed goals.

The Ducks are classless jerks. I am glad we got ruffed up at the end. Now we should be good, and pissed off for game 7. The Wings need to come out hitting, and hitting hard on Thursday. Helm was awesome tonight.

If there's one positive to take from this.............

I'd feel better with them rolling into the next round with a lot of momentum. If they'd somehow pulled out a win here tonight, it still would've been a s***ty effort overall and a validation of their "play for five minutes" mentality.

A nice 60 minute bitchslapping a la Game 5 would be a nice ending.

Datsyuk is fighting with gloves and no helmet. Neidameyer has no gloves and adjusts his helmet so that his visor blocks most of his face so that Datsyuk cannot hit him. Biggest ***** fight ever.

Yeah, irony. I should be happy right? No, the Wings jsut coughed a chance to advance, they didnt play well at all at any point all night. I'm dying to see a Game 7 win, I hope to god it happens, but this Wings team isnt showing me much to put faith into them. I've seen them screw up much more then suceed, and I'm not some mindless homer who thinks the grass is always greener because SOMETIMES, it isnt.

Osgood did well tonight and did what he needed to do to give the Wings a chance. The offense was not there. It seemed like the pucks kept rolling the wrong way.

I didn't appreciate the no-call when Needledick crosschecked Holmstroms face into the ice three times after the whistle, seriously, do they have to injure or kill Holmstrom before they get a penalty?

The reffing wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. Bottom line, the Wing's lack of offense lost this game for them.

Also, it REALLY pisses me off that the Ducks seem to be sore losers, the last couple wins they've started punching our guys after the final whistle because they know it won't cost them anything and they have a chance to injure our star players. Screw the Ducks, they're dirty and I hope karma's a be-otch to them in Game 7 back in Deee-troit.

I know we had our skilled guys out there against some pretty big boys. But that melee right there was about as dissappointed and embarrassed as I have ever been for the Wings.

I just love it when we win games and teams start s*** and beat us up.

And then when we lose games we can't start any s*** and most of the time we still get beat up.
