However, I wouldn't want a third line center making $4.9M for the next 4 seasons. I would love to have a guy like Stastny but when we already have a capable number 2 center in Weiss. Yeah, I'm not sure how realistic it is to expect more than that from a 2nd line center. That is why they are 2nd line centers. More like hurt but still extremely effective or low on the depth chart or playing with players that barely belong on the team let alone in the top 6.
