ALL OF THEM!

Everything Holland says in trying to explain his job has become laughable. It makes him seem lost and out-of-touch, even if he really isn't. (I think he is.) The "kids/mans league", "hockey store", and not knowing why players aren't coming here really take the cake.

One thing for which I've given Holland a lot of credit is that he trusts his people (assistants, scouts, etc). He doesn't seem to be one who just does what he wants and leaves the rest of the room shaking their heads. IMO that's part of being a successful leader. However, with the gradual exodus of front-office talent, there really isn't anyone to listen to anymore... which helps explain the lack of quality moves, excluding the drafting, of course...

Several great ones but his latest if "idk why they're not coming here" just shows how clueless and out of date with the current NHL he is.

Interestingly, he said that one right after the kids one.

When Nyquist was in GR and we put Sammy out there for 1 game or something.

"Kids are not the answer. It's a man's league."

Cause Sammy is so manly with his style of play.

"We went all in" (or something to that effect) after this sequence of events

A) originally drafted guy in the 4th round

B) spent years developing him

C) let him go on waivers with no return

D) trade 1st round draft pick to acquire him back

"I don't know why they're not coming here" Is that a real quote? That's highly concerning coming from your GM LOL

It's a hard choice but I may have to go against the classic "I like our team" in favor of the "injury deadline". I don't know what's in the water at the Joe but our injuries the past 4-5 seasons have been ridiculous.
