    Excellent point (highlighted), I'm sure if Salei creams a guy for a hit on Modano, it would ease any rifts at this point. I'm sure both came here to win a Cup, if that happens then that will not be an issue. Good call.

    No, once the arbitrator deems it cap circumvention the commissioner has sole discretion to hand out the punishment... Which is binding and cannot be appealed. Can you imagine Bettman's reception in New Jersey were the Devils to win the Cup? Lol

    How about getting rid of the shootout, and going back to ties and no points for an OT loss? Time to eliminate this Mickey Mouse system altogether. I'm tired of seeing everyone's record being distorted by shootout wins and losses.

    Unbelievable. I never lost faith we would make the playoffs, but I never really gave the 100 pts streak much of a chance this year. Kudos to the team to really make a statement at the end of this year and get us fans jumpin' for the playoffs!
