I'm sure teams needing points in the standings could care less if a ref isn't given an assignment later on in the playoffs. Oooooo, no playoff assignments! There aren't enough playoff games to go around, so that probably doesn't sting a whole lot anyway. If I screw up at my job, I don't not get invited to the Christmas party, I get called out on the carpet. Or if it's really egregious, I get fired. When was the last time anyone's heard of a ref getting fired? And calling out the refs embarrasses the league more than doing a piss-poor job? Sounds to me like they've got their priorities screwed up. I get that they don't want anarchy, but clean house and then worry about fining people for making comments.

Hudler so far has 11 goals and 14 assists in 38 games. Not bad at all.

Yes it's a huge difference, it's all in the delivery. We just pointed out how similar they looked as in explaining ourselves. You edited the comment with no other comment, very late after the fact as well. That came off as rude - very rude.

Its nice to know im not the only person sick of franzen. To me Getz is equally good but likes to play scrappy and fight when he needs to. Prob not gonna happen though.

Many people here seem to ignore the fact that Getzlaf is often lazy and extremely streaky, even when Ducks fans show up to say it themselves. More, Getzlaf is a set-up man. We don't need more of those. Given that Perry is a massive douchebag, only Ryan would really be worth the Wings` time.
