Seriously, what is wrong with you guys? If anything, Babcock has been sitting here asking for a more physical speedy team, but Holland won't deliver. So now you want Babcock gone? Man, you guys need to calm down after losses.

I'd still take Hossa over Franzen.

For people comparing complaining Wings fans and complaining Canucks fans, you guys need to keep one thing in mind. Just about every sensible fan of this team KNEW that we had holes, as well as opportunities and the money to address them. Holland chose not, instead simply relied on past success with the core players. In that, we all have a right to be angry, as Holland sitting on his hands, once again, has turned out to cost us big time. Canucks on the other hand made it to game 7 of the stanley cup finals WITH THE SAME EXACT TEAM AS LEAST YEAR. They had every reason to believe they could do it again. However, surprises hit, and that would be the Kings. It's in no fault of the GM of the team, as he did what he was supposed to, and that was keeping a stanley cup team together. So those fans really have no right to actually "complain" as much as be frustrated with the outcome. My two cents. Screw Holland.

Just a friendly reminder, talking about the game, including bitching after a loss is on topic. Lecturing other people about their posts and what constitutes a "real fan" is not. Talk about the game and the team, not each other please.

You don't put Hockeytown on your logo at center ice and then settle for mediocrity. Four of the last five playoff series we've started on the road, and this will be our 3rd straight exit before in early rounds. Yet our GM did s*** about it when anyone could see from a mile away that this team needed a spark.

3-1 isn't the end of the world, but let's face it, the team knows it, we know it... They're lifeless. Aside from the Weber hit and non-suspension, Nashville showed up and the Wings continued their bad play down the stretch. The bad officiatting went both ways. While losing to "little brother" sucks, this series was decided at the deadline when Nashville actually took the initiative to make moves and build on their potential. The Wings chose not to and it bit them. As hard as it is to admit, Nashville is the better team right now from top to bottom. I won't root for them by any means, but I just wanted to give them credit where it is due. Here is your wake up call, Wings Brass, the rest of the league has officially caught up to you.

Neal got one friggin game? Didn't he have two separate disciplinary meetings? And that equals one game? Shanny, I loved you as a player but you're a joke as disciplinarian. You're seriously worse than Campbell, which is really doing something special.

I'll say it again and get another ten negs. Howard is average. That's all he'll ever be. So since we dumped all our eggs in the Howard basket we NEED a huge defensive overhaul or we're going to keep repeating the one and dones for a long time.

Can't believe Howard is getting a pass here. If he doesn't give up that 2nd goal, I think we comeback and win this game. The JLA was rocking after that Hudler goal. Howard killed the momentum. Yeah the D screwed up the coverage, but he didn't have to join them. I still don't know what he was doing.

You should probably get over it. If someone wants to give up on this season, who are you to tell them if they're a true fan or not.

I wish LGW was a sports bar. It would be hilarious to see a bunch of grown ass men acting like this in the real world. The things some of you guys say about the players is ridiculous. They're human beings playing a game which has no bearing on areas of your life aside from your fandom. I have read instances of people wishing injury upon players, which is totally f***ed. If i were a psychiatrist or a gastroenterologist (for your ulcers) I would plaster my ads all over this site.
