I see Blash as that guy in business with a great idea. Builds his company to the point where it's time to go IPO. But after the IPO the board puts someone else to chart the company going forward. Similar I think he might have a way to develop the kids. But when we start moving up the standings I wouldn't be shocked if he is replaced at that point. -
