Another year has passed, so I think it's only fair and nice to thank a couple of people for enabling us to enjoy this beautiful Detroit Red Wings forum ! Thanks to Matt and everyone behind the scenes for giving us the opportunity to have a voice on this forum, to discuss anything from games to politics from the first day in october to the last day of the playoffs.. and in our horrible, hockeyless summer ! Let's not take this great forum for granted. thanks a ton, Matt. Also: Since we are all having the same wallpaper (you better have !!), thanks for them too. Thanks to Aussi_Wing for inventing a great game, the Weekend Picks ! It takes a lot of time, effort and energy to have the results on Monday morning and to calculate the new standings. Thumbs up ! It's a great game ! Thanks to aflac9262 for making all those awesome GDT's ! I have yet to see another NHL-forum where people get treated to such graphical delicacies. Thanks for spending all that time in making them ! Thanks to the site admins who run interference when they need to and keep this forum clean from spammers, commercial posters and 18 year old kids who buy a BMW M6 and give stocktips nobody cares for.. It kinda looks like he's (she's?) scratching her butt and is very happy about it. And as others have said. Thanks to everyone who makes this site a great place to hang out and rant and rave and obsess about the Red Wings with other fans. It's an oasis to someone like myself who no longer lives in the Detroit area. Special thanks to Matt, Trey (who is rarely heard from but does a lot of work on the site behind the scenes), the mods, aflac for the GDT's, and Offsides for the sigs and avatars that help make this place look so much cooler than other fan forums. Without you guys this place wouldn't exist. I'd also like to thank everyone that continued to have faith in that I would follow through with the overdue updates to the site. I check the site out everyday because I'm a Wings junky and I can never get enough. Aflacs Game Day posts are by far the best, there is no reason to read the NHL website on game day because of the work of Aflac. Also, if aflac can't make it, someone else steps in. All the members on this site are extremly knowledgeable in their own way and it makes this site so enjoyable! Lastly, I would like to thank the Admin department on this site for delivering a great product. Matt, you do a hell of a job and I appreciate what you do for all of us Wings fans. I can't wait until the Playoffs when you all create your Picture arts of our opponents! Last year was great and you all cheer me up everyday and espcially after we were eliminated by Anaheim lastyear. Take care everyone and have a safe and Happy New Year!!! GO WINGS!!!!
