achildr1 255 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 Last season you could said the same thing about Tatar, Jurco, Nyquist... what's yoir point? Jarnkrok is a high prospect and we just traded for a rental defensive C... Not true at all...Tatar and Nyquist both dominated last year and arguably the year before that. VM1138 1,921 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 So far we've heard Jarnkrok or Ferraro. Nothing official and nothing reliable. Ferraro makes sense. He doesn't really have a future with the Wings. 1 frankgrimes reacted to this
e_prime 1,936 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) Guys! Breathe. Jarnkrok being involved in this trade is no where near being confirmed. Again, BREATHE. Even Ferraro is pure speculation. Edited March 5, 2014 by e_prime

DannyD 79 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 Datsyuk being shut down for 3 weeks via Khan. Legwand deal looks much smarter. Regarding the prospect.
Shaman 713 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 “@DetroitRedWings: Per GM Ken Holland, the #RedWings are shutting down Pavel Datsyuk for about 3 weeks” This move screams Kenny Holland panic move if he did send Jarnkrok to Nashville.
Nevermind 363 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 13 goals and 35 points in 57 games is not nearly a point per game. He does seem promising though. He has 19 points in his past 16 games though and seems to be greatly improving on the offensive side of things. And he's already a good defensive player. More importantly, he's currently our only center prospect who could one day play on the top two lines.

Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 Dear god... Ansar Khan said it appears to be Jarnkrok. No confirmation yet, if this is true, Holland needs to retire asap. He can't justify this price. He sits on his hands for years, and the one deadline where the prices are reasonable, HE overpays?!? Can't be true... just can't be.. RusDRW 155 Report post Posted March 5, 2014 we are getting a very reliable center for nothing+Jarnkrock+nothing. Would you like to trade Shaehan instead? Jurco? Tatar? Nyquist? Sproul/Oulette? Pulkkinen is the only only only option and we retained the best player out of Pulkkinen/Jarnkrock.
