About what I expected

I bought some Maple Lea Tea.  It cost a fortune and didn't come with a Cup.

it's a good contract. 2 more years for the Wings to determine if Sheahan actually is the player we saw this season, and if he improves, then he'll get a better contract. If he doesn't improve, then the Wings don't pay too bad a price for his cap hit. Great deal for both IMO.

Wow, super good contract.  Atta boy Kenny, and atta boy kid.

I definitely overestimated what he would make. Gives me hope the other guys won't be too high over 2 per.
The most popular choice among the Red Wings as to who would volunteer to play goalie – several Panthers did in their game – was Brendan Smith.

"He's pretty competitive and he seems to be good at everything," Justin Abdelkader said. "He'd volunteer himself."

Babcock was a bit more hesitant about Smith. "Yeah, yeah, just work on getting out of your zone," Babcock said

Great contract, got it done early so now Kenny can take the day off. Maybe catch up on Game of Thrones. :)

I also think we should be able to sign both Tatar and DeKeyser at around $3M per combined...

Tatar - $1.250M per for 2-3 years and DeKeyser for $1.750 per for 2-3 years... Get it done Kenny!

Anywhere in the 3-5 range for 3 years combined for both of those guys would be incredible.

Imma let you finish, and your cap numbers are all good and all that, but imma let Kenny figure it out. Kenny's cap numbers were the best cap numbers this year.

Exactly what I expected. Perfect "prove it" bridge contract.

"If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for the passionate sense of the potential, for the eye which, ever young and ardent, sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating, as possibility!" - Kierkegaard
