Only 18.9% of the NHL media voted for Crosby as the MVP. At least 81.1% of the media has their head screwed on straight. Don't sell yourself short. There are millions of people who disagree with you on Crosby. Next year they should just spring for a professional awards show presented by people with names you don't have to google and a script that isn't retarded, offensive or degrading to the NHL.

I turned it off after the Byng. I couldn't take any more of the crap. I am very proud of Pasha for winning the Selke...his speech was funny and also from the heart. I know the Selke means more to him than the Byng, so it went the way he wanted it to. I'm happy that Cindy didn't win the Ted Lindsay Award - he's not fit to carry Ted's jockstrap. Nice to see him basically wiped out on awards (except for that joke of Messier's, which I really don't count as an award anyway). Suck it up, Cindy - they're finally figuring out what we've known all along - YOU SUCK. One other little thing that made me smile. When they were showing some of the best plays of the year, and they showed Pasha stealing the puck during a game with Nashville...I was there and saw that play. I'll never forget it. The arena went nuts. Just a fantastic moment to cherish. Congrats, Pasha!

I'm pretty sure that's not correct at all. They'll definitely have to move Versteeg and probably Ladd and then let a couple of their 4th liner FA's walk. Clearing this cap space gave them the room they needed to sign some of their guys like Niemi and Hjalmarraonqieinqtneson who everybody at HF thinks they'll want to keep. And are you guys serious about Byfuglien being a super important piece for Chicago? From what I've read he's useless in the regular season, and the only time he's useful is when he's on the same line as Kane and Toews. Whoopty-doo, who can't put up points on the same line as those two? So Chicago lost a pretty good playoff performer (when he's on the same line as their two best players) and is now going to a team that never makes the playoffs. If Byfuglien has potential to be as good as Homer then I doubt we'll see it while he's in Atlanta.

Reasoner was a buy-out candidate in Atlanta so I think they won on that swap. Buff is a cocky *******. I'm happy for classy guys like Toews and Keith. But Bufyglien? He's always acted like a punk on the ice.

In terms of talent? Possibly. He's a notch below Ovi and Sid in terms of talent, but he did deserve the award this year. The entire Canucks team overachieved by a large margin last season. The Sedins won't disappear, though. They'll be up in the top 10 for points for a while.

If anybody shows up with one of those at a hockey game, they deserve to have it broken in two over their head. Hopefully everybody will have forgotten about all this nonsense by October. Ducks fans are pretty annoying...nothing too ridiculous, though. Just some guy next to me with a voice like a foghorn yelling, "HEY HOWARD, YOOOOOOU SUCK!" right into my ear. Insult Howard all you want - I mean, I don't like it, but it is a Ducks game, but Jesus, I think Howard could've heard you if he was down the road at Angel Stadium.
