I dont get the feeling Yzerman is vindictive. I feel like its the opposite. Zadina's agent asked for a fresh start, so Yzerman did what he could to give him that. Truth is, Zadina needs to spend a year in GR and get stronger and faster. He is not a bad hockey player. He's just not a goal scorer. He fooled Holland, and that sucks for us. But I dont have a problem with him staying a 2 mil a year 3rd line LW that can slot in up and down the lineup when injuries happen. We need to get our expectations to that level, tho. The assets to give up for DeBrincat should not be anything too crazy.
