I don't know if you overrate it but it does seem to be the only thing you care about.

I guess I should be proud that I haven't heard about that Jersey Shore crap until that South Park episode.

And Crymson hates Meech for the same reasons. I miss Lita.

Article by Detroit's own Nicholas J. Cotsonika. I never would have imagined they'd have gotten off to such a horrid start.

Are hockey hits harder than football hits?

Eva, I normally agree with a lot of your posts, but your anectdotal evidence about "high school" football/hockey really has no place in this discussion. Pro =/= highschool.

I threw up a little in my mouth. if drunk college frat boys won't bang her, I'm sure Kovy wouldn't. Hudler likes whores, maybe he'd have a go?

Yeah, because I hate all tough players. I simply hate Chris Pronger because he is a cheapshotting *******. In all honesty the only reason I seem to be so negative towards "tough guys" is because I have to point out the delusion posters like you have that having a "tough game" automatically makes you better than another guy. Colby Armstrong does not become good simply because you misconstrued his undisciplined play for "sandpaper aggressiveness that this team needs."

Pronger would never accept to play in detroit, complete opposite kind of team he wants to be involved in...no surprise he liked anaheim and said he loves philly as well...he wouldn't enjoy the skilled euro puck-possestion game...

They should implement a rule for all sports that if you delay the game for an injury you must not return to that game.

I don't know whats worse - Chicago repeating or Kane being in your kitchen. Did he mug you for a cookie or something?

    Easiest Division

I think a couple guys might not have noticed that they are replying to posts that were made 5 years ago.

Sorry champ, I don't remember saying that. Good job putting words in my mouth though. In today's NHL, the rules and regulations of a player's every move make other leagues look like nothing. Of course the NFL has hitting rules. Are they as strict and overused as the NHL? Nope.

Brown Gets ejected for clean hit

No suspension deserved, especially considering the refs dealt with it with a heavy hand.

Hey, I remember him from his Spirit days!

Yeah, I think the refs got this one right.

Brown Gets ejected for clean hit

To me it looks like brown skated up from behind him, then cut over to hit him side on and his shoulder hit the guys head. The shooter had his head up but no way he could have seen that hit coming....Just my opinion

He definitely targeted the head. I agree with the refs here.

    Teemu Selanne whining

Selanne is without a doubt a world-class player, but he needs to shut up. I understand senior players supporting their (whining) coaches, but really now... this was marginal at best, no one was hurt except your ego. And by the way, poor officiating against the Wings, some of it in this joke of a building, contributed to your name being on the Stanley Cup, so... shhh!

NHL preparing for work stoppage with refs

Don't worry about it. They wouldn't know if you crossed the line anyway. One might think you did, but the two who were further away might overrule him, and with the video judges on strike too, no one would know for sure. Even if they did come to a consensus or call Toronto, you could just tell them that you had an afternoon of yardwork planned, but went to the game instead since your gas can was empty, and since you intended to blow (leaf or snow, depending on the weather) the point is moot and you did not cross the line regardless of where you ended up.

NHL preparing for work stoppage with refs

None of them have been shot in Detroit though, right? That already gives us a leg up.
