    Five Hole For Food

Saw this video over at Puck Daddy and thought it was an awesome idea. Play hockey and raise food? Why not! But it's already over. Now I'm wondering if there is anything like this in the United States, specifically in the Michigan area. Does anyone know of any?

    New York Rangers

The Rangers have been under a terrible GM and under a very bad coach during the last few years, thanks to the CBA they are another team held down by the league. I really thought they didn't give up a lot for Nash but Sather never replaced the depth of this team combine that with Freakarellas style of coaching and the results aren't going to be pretty. Seriously stars like Nash, Richards and Gaborik as shot blockers? That's ridiculous Like someone mentioned Vigneault could really turn this team around, Lundqvist deserves a stanley cup before retiring.

I was also going to say the Sharks. They've had the talent and chances, just missing one element. I personally believe the missing element is "non-douchebaggery"....

A shame more people from this forum haven't watched this video. That was pretty inspirational to watch, I hope this takes off one day. I'd love to help out.

    Best GMs

Chiarelli in Boston is pretty good. He's drafted well and made good trades/signings to make them a perennial contender these last few years. Good mixture of skill and grit. That franchise was staggering before he got there. Not many long playoff runs. Hard to turn something like that around.

How about we start putting a little more context in the thread title, eh? Anyways, Alain Vigneault might be able to turn this around for them. Sometimes all you need is a change.

I would pick Scotty Bowman over anyone else in hockey.

No surprise here. The USA junior team just won gold recently. The young Americans are stacked! Keep it going boys!

    Brunner Contract Talks

It makes me ill that Nyquist isn't signed yet because they "might want to bring Dan Cleary back". Consider yourselves lucky that you didn't sign him, realize you are OVER the cap, not overpay for a shell of what he once was (which wasn't that awesome to start with) and MOVE ON. Nyquist can do nothing but grow. He is exciting to watch and he makes things happen. Cleary is getting worse and makes things happen for the other team, sadly. And don't show me his stats from last year. Half of those I'm sure were deflections off various body parts.

Andersson is the closest thing we'll find like Sami Pahlsson in his prime, and if we can slide him in as our 4th line pivot that gives us great depth. He's a big man, great on draws, decent offensive production, not overly physical but can crash and bang. Emmerton works hard, but isn't very good at anything in particular. He's expendable, big time. Plus in another world, we took Lucic in his slot in the 06 draft and he was never a Red Wing at all

I was thinking get all three and go with two friends. If said friends are female and very hot, it would be even better as a "grind line".

Anytime that there is even a debate whether someone's number should be retired I feel like they shouldn't be up.

    Five Hole For Food

I've been emailing Richard from Five Hole For Food about bringing it to Michigan. I talked to the person who runs your Facebook and they told me to email him directly.
