    to be fair i don't think anyone actually is having this discussion. At least in this thread, everyone seems to be in agreement that Mrazek had a couple bad games, and those two games shouldn't represent his status to the team or his overall ability to be a goalie.

    A player has a bad game, people dont notice. A goalie has a bad game "he lost you the game". Hardest position to play in hockey.

    Jep. They resigned him during the offseason. I think he shares the backup duties with their other backup. At least that was their system at the beginning of the season.

    Don't underestimate the big step between AHl and NHL. Pulkinnen was dominating in the AHL in scoring but is a far cry from that on the big show.

    Nice to see Mrazek starting again after his crappy game. This show's he IS, if anyone had any doubs left around the NHL, that he is the #1 on this team. Let's hope the D can step it up and protect Mrazek from getting pelted again...plus Pit was pretty aggressive near the crease, bumping Petr on multiple occasions, we need to knock some heads and protect him.

    1-2 year extension if possible. Otherwise walk. Quincey is way too important to this team now. So if we're letting him walk - there better be someone who can fill his role well with DK. They have been our best pair in terms of chemistry for almost 2 years now.. And they're playing top line... That's kind of a big deal..
