It's because your sample size is too damn small. If you run a simulator involving 15 teams odds of winning #1 27 times, your results will appear to be random at best. You run it 10,000 times and I can all but guarantee you that each team will on average finish where their odds are. This is like calling heads or tails bulls*** because you get heads four times in a row, despite 50/50 odds. 50/50 odds does not mean you'll see the two results alternate every toss. It means after 1000, you'll have seen heads and tails roughly the same number of times.

It wasnt even that, he did an interview on Sportsnet and stated it was a personal issue he had with the owner of that team. Ill try to find the clip. *edit* Here it is:

Wings were a dynasty for more than 2 decades. Everyone knows that a decline was inevitable. No reason to think they won't get there again. I would imagine being a part of that would make Detroit more desirable among the lottery teams.

My picks, in order of preference, would be: 1. Lafreniere 2. Byfield 3. Rossi 4. Stutzle

Except that Eric Lindros was considered (with some justification) the next generational superstar, while Lafreniere isn't even close to that. Who's going to give up a haul for Jonathan Huberdeau with a bad attitude?

Lindros refused to play in Quebec City because their owner was involved in a sexual harassment scandal. The fact that nobody seems to know this is a prime example of how garbage media is.

No worries, just look at Turris's usage. Ottawa: Consistently playing 19+ minutes a night. Scoring 50+, 60+ pts. Goes to Nashville and is immediately cut to 15+ minutes a night and only scores around 40 pts a season. I'm kinda like well no duh his scoring tapered-off, so did his ice time. Now I don't think we should play Turris 19+ minutes a night, I don't even think we should play Larkin 19+. I'd like to see Larkin at 18. Turris at 17. And Fil and Glendening at like 13 n 12. I think the worry with Turris is the attitude he's been rumored to have. Sure seems like neither Laviolette or Hynes cared much for him. Both throwing him on the 4th line more than enough. But this looks semi-decent: Bertuzzi - Larkin - Zadina Fabbri - Turris - Mantha Helm - Filppula - Glendening Timashov - Ehn - Erne two pretty young scoring line, a verteran shutdown 3rd line, and a kids line
