Team played pretty well in front of him, especially the PK was amazing, but Chicago had enough chances to score 2-3 goals atleast. The stop on the 2-on-1 chance was crazy. Well done Jimmy. I'm in awe of what this team is doing, they're playing their hearts out and are doing enough of the little things correctly to make up for the occasional mistakes or giveaways. Also gotta give props to Kindl, that was a beautiful heads-up play on the goal. It wasn't like we were totally outplayed, but that's a game I've seen previous Wings team lose all too often. Wasn't too surprised there because I liked the matchup. However, I didn't think we'd win more than a game in this series. This team has already exceeded my expectations and pretty much everyone else's. Howard stole one for us, the PK was huge, the PP broke thru and they did something they almost never seem to do. Hold on with a 1 goal lead, and bury an empty netter, and of all the guys to bury the goal it's fitting it's Cleary considering the amount he's missed over the years! Edzo answer: "Blackhawks role players too, Stalberg, Shaw, etc..." then I think Pierre is like "Well they were the ones penalty killing during that time" So basically Edzo made no logical sense. I don't think he stole the game. It was an even game chances wise and shots wise. He was easily the star of the night, though. The defense left him out to dry. Stealing is when your team doesn't deserve to win and the other team does, yet your goalie steals the game. Kind of like Giguere in 2003 or Roloson in 2006. We struggled at times tonight, but the PK was unbelievable, and what can you say about Howard.
