I just played this game in GM mode on NHL 11 and I(Wings of course) won 4-1 with 3 goals in the last 10 seconds

Why would you want any team with "I steal pucks and elbow people in the head" Pronger and "I whine to the media when things don't go my way" Richards to win a game? Against a team run by Steve ******* Yzerman, no less.

This is a moment when the announcers should have taken advantage of the chance to say either "Howitzer" or "Cannonade"!

I hope Kings get him so they run into cap hell so Red Wings can steal Drew Doughty.

Did you copy & paste the contents from the October 2009 thread and the October 2008 thread to make the "is Zetterberg slowing down" October 2010 thread? I swear these threads roll around every October. In April, May and June threads pop up that say "Zetterberg is a BEAST", "Zetterberg is a MONSTER", "Congrats to Zetterberg for his Conn Smythe trophy!!!". This thread sucks.

Todd Bertuzzi. 2 goals, 7 assists in 7 games. Read more I've always liked the guy, and he's seriously becoming one of my favourite Wings. Like Mike said, his work defensively, his willingness to back check has been superb so far this season, the best I've ever seen in that regard. Loving the second line.

The funny thing is, it's gotten to the point where I've consciously avoided products with which I've gotten so fed up with them shoving ads down my throat.

The organization is not going to give up on him so easily. He will get at least as much time/chances as Leino did and if not , well...

I will never forget the look on his face and the emotion he displayed, when he talked in a video I saw, about how grateful he was to the Red Wings organization in 2005 for giving him a chance to play hockey in Detroit. It stuck with me, how devoted he was to this team - he owes them and they will get his best, always. He's a heart and soul player and when healthy, as dependable as they come. I'm a big fan of Dan the Man.

im truly disappointed in my red wings this week first they announce there giving a f***in foreign car away(IN THE ******* MOTOR CITY) on april 3rd, and now they go and do this s***. and if i hear "sam burstein" one more ******* time while watching the red wings im gunna kill someone. and is putting that ad on a practice jersey really gunna make someone want to go buy one of amways s***ty products? quite opposite imo i will no longer be buying anything amway.

SO what's the problem here? Ads on practice jerseys is nothing new. More revenue = good. Get it?

I'm a sap I guess, but Bertuzzi must feel really great here in Detroit. He's spent the last few years being treated like trash or crapped on by fans, playing for mediocre teams and frustrated that his game seemed to be gone. Now, he's found a solid place on a great team where he's relied on and appreciated by fans and his coach, that's gotta feel good.

Don't worry, they've only been married for a few months still. Once a year, when the sex cuts down to once a week, he'll be as good as new.
