Quite the dynasty these Blackhawks have established. They are the "Red Wings" of this era so-to-speak. Meanwhile, Ken Holland is kicking tires debating to himself if he will re-sign Dan Cleary. Oh how the times change.

Besides the Kings two cups, watching the champion since 2009 has been brutal. Crosby on the Wings home ice, the Blackhawks three times and the d-bag Bruins. Basically what I'm saying is, I like it a lot more when the Red Wings are doing the winning.

I believe you might be looking for the Blackhawks fan forum. Established in 2010.

Well, its official now...I can do a quick William Lane Craig impression. Premise 1: An omnipotent, benevolent god would not let the Blackhawks win 3 Cups in 6 years. Premise 2: The Blackhawks won 3 Cups in 6 years: Premise 3: An omnipotent, benevolent god does not exist. JUST FOLLOW THE PREMISES!!!

Worst possible outcome. I cannot believe they are going to have 3 in 6 years. Edit: I can't Math.

Hopefully, Yzerman sees that this kid is a loser and trades him to the Wings.

Then he won't show up on time and won't get along very well with teammates.

Wings don't make the playoffs without that trade. Legwand and Mule went on a tear together and won us a bunch of games. To you that may not be important, unfortunately you don't run the team and it matters to them.

Getting a stud horse dman would really "stable"ize this team. Just don't give up the farm.

I made an audible noise of disgust with that d word.

Seriously? The Cup isn't even there yet?

Yup, if you have a team that is utter crap for 10 years, you too can build through the draft like the Hawks and win 3 cups. Dave Talon and Stan Bowman built this team smart. Unless your management is as worthless as Edmonton. So you liked watching the Wings cry in 2009?

No matter who wins at the end of these things, I still get chills when the final horn sounds. And I like watching the losing team cry too. Not gonna lie.

On the bright side, the Hawks never win two in a row.

Miggy hit a bomb off Kluber the other day at Comerica. That was exciting. I miss hockey already. Lol

    I try, I just can't get into a 162 game season

Winning the Stanley Cup not only takes puck luck, but it takes healthy players. So far, Chicago has lost some players like Rozival, but they have been able to plug others in that are just as good. Meanwhile, players on the Lightning are very key players that cannot be easily replaced because they are very good players. You can tell Johnson and Kuterchov (sp) are both hurt. No excuses though. The Lightning have to dig deep to win the game tonight.

What's interesting is that for all the Wings drafting proficiency, they haven't mastered how to draft size properly. You've got big guys such as E, Franzen, now Mantha that play small. And then you've got Helm and Glendening who play like 7 foot monsters. It's an enigma.

    Theo Fluery says differently

In the end I doubt Mantha gets moved. And he shouldn't, UNLESS it means getting a legit top pairing dman younger than 30.

Detroit revisits the Phaneuf trade and sends Mantha Smith and Weiss to Toronto. Babcock immediately regrets his decision to sign with Toronto at the thought of having Weiss and Smith back. Man that would be beautiful!
