He's being very realistic about the situation/problem he created. Wow...what a luxury that must be. I'm going to go tell our CEO that I'm going to be average...maybe above average (we'll see...fingers crossed!) in today's meeting with our major client.... because I got wasted last night and didn't get home until 4 am. I'm sure he'll appreciate me being realistic and calling a spade a spade.

Good thing Hudler just signed with Dallas, one less move for us to worry about...

I'm kicking myself for going now instead of going when my favorites played (like Yzerman, Fedorov, Lidstrom, etc). I shouldn't have sat on my ass. Still, I'm excited to actually go to the arena. It's like Mecca for me. Every Wings fan must make this journey at least once in a lifetime.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad to be going with my Dad, but if I went alone, I could have gotten a really good seat in the lower section. People from out of town who only go to one game in a lifetime (like myself) don't care about how much it will cost. If I lived in Detroit and was a regular, I wouldn't be thrilled about paying that much for two tickets in the upper section.

I'm actually pretty excited to see how he does. Can't help but root for him, definitely my favorite player.

Zetterberg - Nielsen - Nyquist Abdelkader - Larkin - Tatar Mantha - Athanasiou - Vanek Sheahan - Glendening - Helm DeKeyser - Green Smith - Sproul Kronwall - Marchenko Healthy Scratches: Frk, Ericsson, Ouellet Injured Reserve: Jurco, Pulkkinen LTIR: Franzen, Vitale Waived - Miller, Ott, Callahan, Tangradi, Street, Lashoff, Jensen, Coreau, Pasquale ... Of course, I see no way this actually happens, but one can dream...

Not sure I would say "meh". He had a very good career coaching in the Q, and in the NHL he has already won the Jack Adams. Sure his last 2 seasons were not the best, but lets put this in perspective, he has only coached for 3 years and he took over a team that did not make the playoffs for 3 years.

Part of me is hoping we have a Dman injured so we can keep XO, Sproul, and Jensen at least at the beginning of the year. Sucks for Jurco. He was already starting behind the eight ball and now the path looks harder for him.
