    Here's what will happen with Bedard. He'll score a zillion points (but get scored on constantly as well), get signed to a massive contract, that contract will put the Hawks in cap hell, and they'll never sniff a cup. Same as McDavid and Hughes before him. I know this will sound absolutely crazy to the kids but an 85-90 point center who plays correctly is better, and cheaper, than a 150 point player that is only effective in the offensive zone.

    I think the lady announcer was Chelios' daughter. Totally agree each time "the chosen one" touched the puck it was like the second coming. Didn't get to watch the 3rd but assume they went bonkers over the empty net goal

    I dont know man, he's pretty damn good. He legit makes something happen almost every time he touches the puck, but is he Crosby or Mcdavid level good? I also dont know. I do know listening to that broadcast almost made me throw up in my mouth repeatedly though and made me not like him a little bit just by association to those two morons

    Which was fine when he had Megatron to depend on. I am a fan of Stafford. All I am really getting at is the difference in quality between Stafford and Goff is marginal at best, which makes that trade really good for the Lions.

    So I watched both of these back to back Hawks games and I think Bedard is over hyped. He'll be lucky if he's as good as Jack Hughes.
