Shoot over to the Zidlicky bashing thread and you'll see I actually defended how the defense has played thus far in the series. I'm not at all upset with the current makeup of the blueline, and was speaking more to Kindl's weird trend of coming in off the bench this season and looking really good, only to wind up right back on the bench. Which says as much about him as it does about anyone else. I just get a little frightened whenever anyone talks about Kindl being in the lineup. Plus I think some people have said the things you did and actually meant them. It makes Kindl even more frustrating to me because he can come in and is good at getting shots through from the point but is so bad at everything else it's still not worth the tradeoff. lomekian 201 Report post Posted April 28, 2015 Regardless of the outcome of this hearing, it is now almost impossible to know what is and isn't a penalty and what does and doesn't warrant suspension in this league, bar obvious extremes. The situation has deteriorated badly following an initial improvement when Shanny first came into the NHL job. They could hire monkeys with a buzzer and wouldn't do much worse. I'm guessing he just gets a fine and that's heavily weighted on the fact Kucherov is not injured. Either way I got to update my website finally. I can post two or three hits by Bolts worse than Kronner's last night, but there was no talk of suspension. It depends on who you are, perhaps, whether the hammer falls. In all fairness that wasn't a clean hit by todays shi**y NHL rules. But because it's first offense I'm hoping it's nothing more than a fine. If they don't say much else about it then you can bet they did the Wings a bit of a favor. But that's definitely an no-no hit according to today's rules. Hope to see Kronner in game 7.
