First off, you're being a tad impatient with a guy who is in his rookie season. Second, the Wings have nothing to gain by trading him for peanuts, and much to gain if he gets better---as rookies often do. Third, you haven't a clue if he's a dime-a-dozen player. If he's the same way in three years, then I'll concede the point to you. As things stand, he's a rookie.

Can we re-name that Kronwall's Law? Newton has so many... Or Kronwall's Law can be a re-write of Newton's first: An object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by a Kronwalling force.

I'm campaigning and letting NBC em know that people are turning to CBC to watch the games because they can't stand Edzo doing the Hawks games during the playoffs.

Ian White should be playing instead of Smith. And not because I think Ian White is good.

This kind of stuff wouldn't happen if they got rid of the instigator penalty.

I seem to recall that even though the Hawks won the Cup in 2010, they then traded away a bunch of players (or they just re-signed elsewhere) and failed to make the playoffs at all in 2011. Ha. Some "powerhouse" team they are. I hope Babcock and the Wings see this and it lights a fire under their asses and they shut this guy and the Hawks fans up tomorrow. The odds may seem against us but we've beaten teams before when it looked grim. Remember when Vancouver outplayed us a few years ago and took the first 2 games against us at the Joe, and then we went back and won the next 4 straight? Remember in 2011 when the Sharks were up 3-0, and, even though we lost, we battled back from the deficit and we took them to Game 7? Don't write us off just yet.

Agreed. When both goalies have virtually identical numbers like Crawford and Emery did, I think it says more about the team and the system than any particular goalie's abilities.

I hope to god Tootoo is put back into the line up. He is the one guy that will have the Hawks off their game when he is constantly hitting them. They are a far superior team on paper to the wings so we need to get them distracted and looking over their shoulders at every turn. Let him loose on their d.
