    I wasn't even sure Ted Lindsay COULD die, so in a way this news sorta restores faith in my worldview.

    I had the pleasure, and I mean pleasure of touring the dressing room & video and workout rooms with my godson in 2002 at JLA (He won a local Plymouth hockey contest and got to take himself and one other for a tour, he picked me over his dad, LOL) and there was Ted's locker. Among the Yzerman's the Fedorov's the Lidstrom's there was '#7 Lindsay' and that was the BEST locker.

    One of the greatest wingers in hockey history. It was good always seeing him so involved in the Red Wings organization.

    Did it actually look like that though? I know some fans kept saying that but neither Tatar nor Nyquist were centerman that were elite 2 way players and could carry the team. At best they were replacements for Franzen who was our scoring winger.
