All I have to say abot Michigan is ouch, that had to hurt.

Not very much. No Hart, no Henne. Mario got shut down by Ike-whatsit, but OSU doesn't have a shutdown corner like that. This game, as has been the case all week, is totally meaningless. It's next week that matters. Got to lay it all on the line.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

This is a MAJOR upset. Just heard a few college football anylists say this is one of the biggest upsets of the season. Might not be as bad as App. State. But still, this is soooo great. Especially in Colombus in front of all their fans. Hope Ohio State enjoyed that #1 ranking. Cause it's all going BYE BYE. HAHA!

Shows how much class the f***eyes have. Trying to start a brawl after the game. You lost, you got outplayed. Deal with it. Classless chumps.

The f***eyes will be seeing Juice Williams in their nightmares. HAHA!

Juuuuuuuuuice!!!

Not even in the same stratosphere of upsets as App St and Stanford....but a big one nonetheless. Glad this happened, because OSU wouldve gotten slapped in the title game again by LSU this time anyway. Would rather see Kansas make it, they may get whooped but they at least have a good cinderella story behind them.

Yeah Im rooting for Kansas all the way. Hopefully they can take care of business against Oklahoma State. And I wouldnt go as far to say not even in the same stratosphere. I mean yeah Illinois is atleast in division 1. But Ohio State was ranked first in the nation before this game. It's not like Michigan was #1 in the nation when they lost. Not to mention, Michigan's loss was the very first game of the year. This is the second to the LAST game of the year. Thats a huge difference. Ohio State had the number 1 ranking. And had the number 1 overall defense in the nation. To lose to an unranked team in their own house, at this stage of the season, with that huge of a ranking, is still not as bad as losing to App. State, but it's DEFINITELY in the stratosphere. No doubt about that.

Its not even close dude. Illinois is far from the doormat theyve been in the past. Are you aware they were 6-3 going in and have wins over Wisconsin and Penn St, and a narrow loss to #7 Missouri? Thats a hell of alot more credible then just being " at least division 1".

Yeah, but those wins were IN Champagne. Thats a massive difference. On the road, they were absolutely suppose to be a doormat. Especially on the road in Colombus. The point is, at this stage of the season, UNRANKED Illinois totally outplayed a number 1 ranked team in the nation. Like I said before, its not like losing to App. State. But considering all the circumstances, this upset is definitely in the stratosphere. And apparently, ABC's college football anylists seam to agree. Ohio State knew everything was on the line(unlike Michigan in week 1) they had all season to gell that much more for todays game. And they got outplayed, outdefended, and outclassed. Like I said, it's not as bad as the App. State loss. But to say its not even in the stratosphere is laughable. If this was in Illinois I would totally agree with you. But Illinois was suppose to be the same doormat they have always been on the road. And they shocked the college football world.

Plus, losing to a last second field goal, as opposed to getting totally outplayed, is also a big difference.

There is a NCAA College Football thread.

And are you a Michigan fan? Because you lost today too, which makes your parading around about Ohio State losing, the week before the game no less, interesting.

The Bucks stormed the field after the game because Illinois was jumping up and down on the O at midfield. Should have defended it by winning, but the Seniors weren't gonna let that happen.

And should someone who refers to a team as the "f***eyes" be giving lectures on class?

Well lets see, we made extra threads for every big upset so far this year. So if you think your Buckeyes are gonna get any special treatment, think again. And Nope, not a Michigan fan. Or a Michigan State fan. Im a Texas fan. And Michigan losing today really doesnt mean much. Considering if they beat Ohio State next week, they will be Big Ten Champions. And will go to the Rose Bowl. Ohio State losing today however, is a completely devastating loss for them. Michigan losing today doesnt effect anything really. Not like It matters though. The Longhorns own both teams anyways.

If by own you mean that 24-7 loss you had last season, then yeah...you own us.

But you obviously have the maturity of a middle schooler, so I'll leave that alone. Those upsets were for basketball games, not football games.

Really? You know how to read dude? Take a looksie and you'll see a Michigan losing thread. And last years 24-7 loss was a fluke. And what I meant is, we own Michigan and Ohio State in overall talent from year to year, and team cohesiveness. Not to mention we have better recruting, scouting and coaching than both schools. I can't wait for the next time we face the Wolverines or Buckeyes. It will be an ass kicking.

He did have like a 97 yard TD.

But this game didn't matter whatsoever to Michigan. More good experience for Mallett-and everyone saw first hand the ups and downs of having a freshman QB. The only thing that would've mattered is we would've clinched a share of the Big Ten title in light of OSU's loss. But either way, we're in the Rose Bowl with a win next week and the Capital One Bowl with a loss.

Hopefully with Crable's 2 personal fouls today it means that he WON'T have one next week. That's a dumb, dumb kid.

What year did you graduate from UT? I love Austin, great city. Tons of fun.

Good day for me. MSU wins, UM and ND both lose. Granted, ND losing isn't so much fun anymore. It's just sad now. Tough break for the Buckeyes, but I'm sure The Vest will cook something up and take this loss out on UM.
