If you really think so you know very little about hockey. Not only could those 3rd and 5ths turn into players like Jurco, Tatar, Nyquist, Oullet, Sproul etc. , but Weaver and Hemsky would not fill any need we have on the team right now. -

Chicago absolutely did take Detroit seriously. Their play was consistent with their previous round, Toews lost his cool and hurt his team, and our kids outplayed the Hawks. We lost because we choked, not because Chicago was on some other level. Chicago barely escaped. Tanking to get one player is just not smart.
