    I'm apalled that there is no discipline by NHL. Aren't they already being sued by ex players for concussion issues and head injuries? This kind is not even 'hockey play' and need to seriously get this sh*t out of the game.

    I've been waiting for someone to mention Crawford. In every way, Howard is better. But Crawford has a cup. Chicago won twice by scoring and good defense, and I don't think we're far off from their cup winning teams.

    Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained, I like it. At least he is trying to do something... a power play goal here a lucky bounce there then your down by 1 with 2 minutes to go, if they were playing Detroit you know Howard would let one in with 40 seconds to go then your off to OT

    Yeah I was definitely thinking UFA(s).. and they'd have to give up some assets. So it'd definitely be a bit of a gamble. Depends on how they feel about their shot at the cup this year I suppose.

    Lindros donated a lot of money to University Hospital in London Ontario for Sports Medicine. I wouldn't say he was a total dick off the ice that doesn't support charity. On the ice - yeah I can't speak to that.

    I was all prepared to feel bad for Kane*, but on watching the play, Petrovic basically did diddly squat. Not sure what caused Kane to fall, but it certainly wasn't another player. Maybe his skate caught a chip in the ice? And OMG the announcers! 'Nasty hit from behind"? Pffffffft. I really need to apply for an announcing job. I can make s*** up as well as anyone else. *Not really, but ya know.

    This would be a real bummer. Quincey has had quite the bounce back year and has looked real solid for our defense, in my opinion. I called for his head almost every game last season. Hope that if he's due for surgery it is quick. Godspeed.
