Don't you have a specific thread to keep your Miller hate now? I think when Jurco is back, Pulk should sit a few games. Jurco on the 4th line doesn't make any sense. This offseason, let Callahan take Miller's spot. You don't replace a guy who you use to kill penalties with a guy you want scoring. Miller has his spot in the lineup because he fulfils his role. Trust me, the coaching staff knows more than you.

Since It's Kid's day, can we have the Kid line (Tat-Sheahan-Jurco) back?

I hope Jurco shows some progress after his trip to AHL. Nice to see him paired with Dats and Richards. Let's GO Wings !

Its amazing how good he is already. And hes got that work ethic that makes it a pretty sure bet he's only going to continue progressing.

I like Byfuglien, but he seems to be the type of player who will decline quickly as he gets into his 30's.Trading our future for him IMO would be a horrible move. Not to mention the fact that he will be a UFA.

Byfuglien is gonna end up signing one of those contracts that will look god awful in 2 years time come July 1st. I am curious to see which team gets suckered into it.

Toews is exactly what I want Larkin to be, I feel like he'll be better though, to me Toews is the best two way player in the league. f*** Patrice and the bawwwstin bwooons

The only thing I remember about Lashoff is how underwhelming he is. Rightfully buried. But let me figure out your logic. We have too many good young players, so our GM is an idiot. If Holland trades any of them away LGW would have a meltdown. Moral of the story? People cannot be pleased.

Glad Marchenko stayed in. I don't dislike Kindl or Smith, but having them both on the same pair isn't good. Marchy makes for a better balance.

3-0-1 with Smith....3-1 without. Hmmmmmm, we don't win without Smith? I'm confused....we're talking 3 wins either way and 1 loss....oh! I guess Smith was influential in the OT loss....trade both of them, I'd rather make room for XO and Jensen.

I'm fine with these lines. As long as Larkin keeps scoring (and winning us games) it makes no sense to break up the top line, and Nyquist and Tatar have been playing well on the third line together. Dats could use a piano puller, and Jurco could use a role. Seems like the perfect fit.

I agree jimmy. The biggest thing for me is that this is not some hot shot kid that has come into the league and put up points solely on skill, he definitely has the skill, but he also has a calm demeanor, almost veteran like, and that is an extremely rare quality to find in a 19 year old. Future captain material for sure. He has as good a shot as anyone to win the Calder at this point, but if Panarin keeps up his pace, he will likely win it. But there's no question in my mind that Larkin is and will be the better player, as Panarin has 5 years on Larkin... As for the question of whether or not I'd trade him and for who? It may seem foolish but I think Larkin is one of those truly untouchables right now. Like most young kids, he is worth way more to us now and in the future than any possible trade scenario. Everyone says how much we need that top pairing defenseman, well I think just as important as that, we need a future number one center to replace Pav and Hank when they retire / decline. Larkin is that. Again, it may seem foolish, but I'm not even sure I'd trade him for an Ekblad type defenseman straight up. I think Dylan is going to be THAT good... I don't think 70-80 points, Selke candidate is out of the question at all, and the way goal scoring is trending, that would be amazing!

    2016 NHL Outdoor Games Jerseys.

The slant is terrible, diagonals are visually unsettling, it's a very poor design choice. The winter classic jerseys were perfect, horizontal is pleasing to the eye and the muted colors were a nice touch.

    Marchenko

I like Marchenko and he's played great so far but I wouldn't say he has "a lot of upside", and I certainly wouldn't lable him as a future top 4. He's very smart with and without the puck, which is great to see from a young guy, with just 30 games played in the NHL. But I personally don't see him becoming anything more than a reliable bottom pairing shutdown defensman. I do agree though, he is more than earning his spot in the lineup. Will be interesting to see who gets scratched for tomorrow's game with Kindl coming back in.

Not trading larkin for anybody at this point, if hes producing the way he is now imagine in 2-3 yrs how good he can be ...he'll be one of the next wave of wings players to lead the way He's also 19 where as some of the names I saw being mentioned like Tavares, toews etc ... Are 7-8 yrs older ... If we're lucky we got Dylan for the next 20 yrs

I wouldn't trade Larkin for anyone in the league without some incentive (like a pick or another player). Why do it? It's his first time playing in the NHL and he's leading our team in goals. He's 19.
