    Osgood is a god damn embarrassment as an announcer. If he mispronounces another name, or uses improper grammar one more time, I'm going to switch to the Los Angeles feed. I can't believe they fired Larry Murphy for a guy who can't speak correctly.

    True, but panthers will do that for us as the season goes on, they are on a high and once they lose I suspect a different streak starting, one where they slowly drop down the standings.

    What? I don't know. I agree Ericcson has been terrible lately. Quincey I'm willing to give a pass on as he hasn't played the game in a million years. I was just saying Smith is just now starting to play the way we hoped and he should focus on continuing to improve, not pull an angsty Drouin move.

    I'm pretty sure that all the league would have to do is ask to see Drew Miller's medical records. I really doubt this is a giant conspiracy. The guy has a torn meniscus, not a sore shoulder or something, this would be very hard to fake.

    I am in San Diego, attending a meeting this week... just two hours or so from my Wings. Wish I could go see them. Fingers, toes and other assorted body parts crossed for Jimmy tonight -- agree with an earlier comment that this is a pivotal game for him. I lean toward him playing lights out and making it all better -- let's see if I get my wish. LGRW!!!

    Huh? Kindl was waived so that we don't have to send Marchenko down... Unless you just meant, you can easily see Marchenko being the 7th defenseman / healthy scratch... In which case, could happen, but I still think it should be Ericsson. And this is coming from one of the very few Ericsson supporters... Marchenko is never going to be a spectacular defenseman, but he is doing exactly what he's asked, and he's been a rock back there ever since he's been recalled from GR.
