    Good to see Rasmussen dominating in GR. Scoring at a better clip than Mantha in his short-lived, final, stint in the AHL. If he keeps playing like this, and we get a few lucky injuries, he and Svech might be able to start plugging that crater in our middle six forward lines.

    I have never understood the reasoning behind blackouts. People will still go to see the games in person, even if they can watch it on tv. Its not hurting ticket sales to show the games. If people are paying to watch the games on tv, then the team and league are still making money off of the viewership. I understood the reasoning back when people could just watch the games for free on tv back in the day, but EVERYONE pays now, so blackouts should no longer be used.

    Poor Svech. His first two pro seasons he gets off to slow starts. Then he misses an entire season. Now he gets 3 points in the Griffin's first game just to get called up to detroit and sit in the press box
