edit: i accidently hit enter, but anyways i agree i would not be a fan of the wings after, to be honest when we required bert, i was pissed as hell, ( i know he said he was sorry, and made a mistake) but sometimes when your a public figure you cant make those stupid mistakes. I feel like the wings have a certin class to them, which makes us the wings, we dont have people doing stupid s*** (most of the time), i hope we get the pens in the playoffs. Bowman had to win 62 games in a season to get one. I absolutely hate how that award is given out. Its basically the coach of the most improved team award. He's had at least some players who didn't get along with him. Filppula apparently didn't get along with him at all, which is why he didn't entertain the idea of coming back this year. Commodore believes Babcock tried to end his hockey career and hates him with a passion and there were even rumors a while ago that Zetterberg didn't get along with him. Then again there's a saying about coaches like Babcock and Bowman. 364 days a year you hate his guts but on the 365th day you get your ring.

Nonsense. If the Wings aren't on, I'll watch other games. Granted, this time of year it's usually a game that has an effect on the standings as far as the Wings are concerned, but I'll also watch the Wild because they're televised around here or the Jets just because they're there. If someone wants to watch Wings and only Wings, that's certainly their prerogative, but to say that anyone who watches or follows another team isn't a true Wings fan is presumptuous and false. I present Exhibit A: me. Case closed.

Other players do it, but not with that kind of frequency. Compare the skills, the rate at which his crap happens, and the C that's on his jersey, to the others.
