Swedish Forehand of Judgment?

Gotta love the sheer positivity from everyone after a good win. They still need to clean up the D, but our goalie depth is a great thing. Solid effort in the later part of the game after a sluggish start.

I wasn't expecting this kind of start to the season. Great W, Mrazek was great.

Captain Clutch wins it! Fear the Zetterbeard! Six game win streak. Huge props to Petr Mrazek, he brought his backpack and carried them in the shootout big time.

What a game by Mrazek!!! He was flat out outstanding in all areas of the game. The boys were extremely slugggish in the first 2 periods but i felt they came on in the 3rd and carried more play and then ot was crazy! Not having vanek made a noticeable negative impact so hopefully he is back soon. Huge props to the boys for earning this win. Huge.

I wonder if I am the only one who rolls over the facebook posters' names to see where the "stupid" resides? People I don't know (obviously) and usually would never WANT to know. I am usually unsurprised by what I discover.

I found this amusing; After the Wild game where Pookie scored, the post-game show host was listing off the scorers. He couldn't remember Pookie's name so he paused and said, "That Finnish kid we traded for." I immediately corrected him, of course, but since I am in my living room and he is a couple hundred miles away he didn't notice. Then I thought about it. They bought out Vanek and claimed Pookie. Pookie has taken Vanek's place on the 4th line. (Note: 4th line at the end of the season. I don't remember where Vanek was at the beginning of the season.) For them, it was almost like a trade. They sent us a 4th line winger and got a 4th line winger in return. We, on the other hand, got a 2nd liner who is producing and let go a Press Box Boy. People may be upset that we didn't get anything in return, but if you consider it as a trade-off, we definitely got the better end of the deal. And, for the record, the Press Box Boys would be a great name for a band.
