Merry Christmas and a happy New year! 2016 resolution: get past the first round of the playoffs

I know it is a hair early, but I'd like to wish everyone on LGW a very Merry Christmas (or whatever other holiday tradition you observe)! A lot of the regulars know I am a music teacher. Here is a vid of one of the songs my concert choir did this year in our winter concert that our tech admin put online. Thanks to Jimmyemeryhunter for the help with the embed. Enjoy, it is a little-known song called "That Night" arranged by Ronn Huff taken from his cantata "Unto Us a Child Is Born"

He stands out as a defenseman in the canadian national team, which is a big feat. Hicketts has serious skills, let's hope he can handle NHL size.

Mrazek is clearly better than Jimmy. Jimmy is average and always will be. Mrazek is much more clutch than Jimmy. I'd love to see jimmy make 4 breakaway saves in one game like mrazek can do and did do. I love the new mrazek jersey that I'm sporting today.

Was looking for tickets when the Wings come to Minnesota on Monday (always wait tell last minute, usually go down). My dad hands me an envelope and goes here's your present. Open and 2 tickets to the game! Looks like me and my dad are going!! :)

Tom, you and I are not watching the same games (assuming you're actually watching the games to make such a statement). Mantha is not at all shy about going into the corners and he more often than not, wins the battle and comes away with the puck. He's been playing great, and I would have liked to see him called up. However, I'm okay with him staying down and continuing to dominate in the minors. I was a little surprised with Nosek being called up but I would like to see him eventually take Andersson's spot in the lineup. I wish he were in tonight, but maybe he'll get a shot on Tuesday...

Yarrrrr, tis true, at least in Brooklyn I'll have a place to slip my boat. Uniondale sadly is landlocked. Wings 5 Isles 2 in a game the Wings finally get tired of playing poorly against the Islanders.
