It usually means, they would fail the game remarkably. Unfortunately, I have a bad feeling about this game, but Wings can pull it anyway and prove my feelings were all about a little more than usual use of alcohol last weekend GO WINGS!! ps. I gotta say, Nyquist has been noticeable for all the right reasons the past few games. Not necessarily scoring goals, but he really seems to be asserting himself into the play more.

Except Howard was putting up awesome numbers when he was signed to that contract... But let's forget about that.

I know this isn't related to Miller's injury, but since it was brought up earlier, I'm watching the Griffins game now and Callahan has returned. Hopefully he can stay healthy for the remainder of the season and maybe make his way on the Wings next season as a checker / penalty killer...

22 million on two guys until they're 40+. Stupid even if we can juggle the roster (based mostly on hindsight) to fit it in. Hasn't exactly been raining playoff wins in Minnesota since they signed those two. No real reason to think they'd have much more impact here. Put Suter in that blank spot and that defense is still worse than what we have now, and you'd be making it difficult to afford raises for the young guys when they come due.
